Refunds & Cancellation

Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to 45 days or more: 25% of tour cost
  • Between 44-31 days of departure: 30% of tour cost
  • Between 21-30 days of departure: 50% of tour cost
  • No refund for cancellation received less than 20 days in advance

Tiagoholidays will not responsible if due to any kind of Natural Calamity, any kind of Political Disturbances, any kind of Riots, Strikes, traveller is not able to do/visit the destination/hotel/flight/any activity, also in these situations, Tiagoholidays will not liable for any refund.

Refund Policy

Tiagoholidays will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email.

Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited to customer’s bank account after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.

Tiagohoolidays will process the refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.

Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take a duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions
